All in all, from the two Condotels in Mactan Newtown; Savoy and Belmont. Each hotel has its own unique identity that reflects the local culture of Cebu. The interior design of each suite is inspired by the weaving industry, delicacies, tourist spots, and the Sinulog Festival. Meanwhile, Savoy is for adventure seekers while Belmont caters to business travelers.
The two hotels have a combined total of 1,100 rooms and are located near a convention center that is currently under construction. It is expected to be completed by 2023 and can host up to 1,500 people.
