Step 1: Choose Your Preferred Investment Option
The first step in owning a condominium in Mactan Newtown is selecting the right unit based on your budget and preferences.
✅ Review the Sample Quotation – I will provide you with a quotation for a studio unit that includes the total contract price, available payment terms, and estimated monthly amortization.
✅ Want a Bigger Unit? – If you’re interested in upgrading to a larger unit (1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, or penthouse), let me know, and I’ll send you the layout and updated quotation for your review.
💡 Tip: Consider your long-term plans—whether for personal use, vacation home, or rental investment—before finalizing your choice.
Step 2: Submit a Government-Issued ID or Passport
Once you’ve selected your desired unit, the next step is to officially block the unit under your name.
📌 What to do?
- Send a clear scanned copy of your Government-Issued ID or Passport to our email at contactmactannewtown@gmail.com.
- This will allow us to reserve the unit in your name before proceeding with the payment process.
🔹 For international or out-of-Cebu clients: A clear scanned copy is sufficient for the initial process. Hard copies may be required later.
Step 3: Pay the Reservation Fee
To officially secure your unit, you need to pay a ₱25,000 Reservation Fee to Megaworld Corporation’s official bank account.
📌 Payment Methods:
✔ Cash Payment – Directly pay at our office.
✔ Bank Deposit or Online Transfer – Send the amount to Megaworld Corporation’s bank account (account details will be provided).
⚠ Important: The Reservation Fee is non-refundable but will be deducted from the total contract price.
📩 Once payment is completed:
- Send us a copy of the deposit slip or transaction confirmation for verification.
- Your unit will now be officially reserved, and we’ll move forward with the document processing.
Step 4: Fill Out & Submit the Required Documents
Attached to this email are the closing forms that must be completed and signed.
📄 Documents to Fill Out:
1️⃣ Buyer’s Information Sheet – Fill in all the necessary details and sign at the bottom.
2️⃣ Reservation Agreement Form – I will pre-fill the property details, and you just need to enter your full name and signature.
3️⃣ Specimen Signature Form – Provide three identical signatures matching the one in your Passport/ID.
- 1st column – For the primary buyer (husband, if applicable).
- 2nd column – For the co-buyer (wife, if applicable).
📩 For international or out-of-Cebu clients:
- A clear scanned copy of the signed documents and e-signature will be accepted for initial processing.
- The hard copies will be sent to the residential address you provided in the Buyer’s Information Sheet.
Step 5: Congratulations! You Now Own a Piece of Paradise! 🎉🏝️
Once all the documents are verified and processed, you are now officially a condo owner in Mactan Newtown!
