MAN-MADE LAGOON
With a maximum depth of around 1.5-meters, the man-made lagoon will have floating boardwalks and a bridge that will connect both sides of the beach mall. The lagoon will also be a venue for future water sports activities such as jet skiing, wakeboarding, stand-up paddling, and boating. The lagoon will also have a man-made shoreline at its perimeter.
CINEMA MALL
Aside from having a food hall, an al fresco area, a travelers’ lounge, and a panoramic view of the ocean and the neighboring islands, the beach mall will also have not just one but four state-of-the-art cinemas! A visit to the mall’s cinema area will surely give you an experience that you will never forget.
MODERN BOUTIQUE’S
No need to go far because the beach mall complex will also include a three-storey boutique hotel! With 48 spacious guest rooms, stay close to the heart of Lapu-Lapu City and the island resorts that are located in the area. This boutique hotel will be operated by Megaworld Hotels and will have retail shops on the first level.
ECOLOGICAL VENUE
Megaworld gives importance to sustainability. Because of this, they will be using solar roof panels for the mall’s power supply. The mall will also have an open layout design for natural cooling and lighting of its common areas.
Green and open spaces will consist around 40 percent of the entire development project. The untouched areas will be dedicated for the establishment of bike trails, airsoft shooting and tree-top activities.
BEACH CLUB
Megaworld Chief Strategy Officer Kevin Andrew L. Tan announced that they will also be offering nightlife and beach club entertainment for locals and tourists alike. Guests can shop and have fun with a laid-back beach atmosphere.
